FAMI-QS（欧洲饲料添加剂和预混合饲料质量体系），是欧盟有关当局为配合欧盟饲料法规183/2005 EC、1831/2003 EC、178/2002EC的贯彻实施，由FEFANA（欧洲饲料添加剂生产商协会）组建FAMI-QS Asbl，制定欧盟关于饲料添加剂和预混料生产商的操作规范，对进入欧盟的饲料添加剂和预混合饲料开展的强制认证，它是遵守欧盟饲料卫生法规的一项工具。

FAMI-QS (European Feed Additives and Pre-Mixtures Quality System) is a mandatory certification for feed additives and premixed feed manufacturers entering the European Union, which is a tool to comply with the EU feed hygiene regulations, in line with the implementation of the EU feed regulations 183/2005 EC, 1831/2003 EC, and 178/2002 EC, and is organized by FEFANA (European Feed Additives Producers Association). FAMI-QS Asbl was organized by FEFANA to develop the EU Code of Practice for feed additives and premixes manufacturers and to carry out the mandatory certification of feed additives and premixes entering the EU.
